NON-MEMBER PRICING

**Non-Member Attorneys and Vendors MUST upload an invitation IN PDF FORMAT from a current TIDA member. Emails from current members to non-members about the event are considered an invitation and therefore will be accepted. Without an invitation, non-members will not be able to submit a registration. Please have this ready to upload on the form prior to starting the registration. VIEW EXAMPLE

If you are joining as a TIDA Member or requesting to be added to a corporate membership, you must do so prior to registering. Refunds will not be issued in retrospect. All membership applications and requests to join corporate memberships are thoroughly reviewed by the TIDA Membership Compliance Committee before they can be approved. Please allow yourself at least two (2) weeks for processing.

SPOUSE/COMPANION PRICING

Attendees may add a spouse ticket to their online registration form. Spouse tickets include access to the following social functions only:

• Wednesday, October 14 Welcome Reception - $100
• Thursday, October 15 Networking Reception - $100
• Full Spouse Registration - $200

SUBSTITUTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

TIDA does not offer refunds for cancellations. Registrants who are no longer able to attend may send a substitute from the same organization. Additional fees will apply for member to non-member substitutions. All requests for substitutions must be submitted through the online substitution/cancellation form no later than September 10, 2026. Email submissions will not accepted.
