Exhibitor registrations DO NOT include access to the TIDA educational sessions during the Annual Seminar. All other food/social functions are included. If an exhibitor rep wishes to attend TIDA sessions, a separate TIDA Annual Seminar attendee registration must be submitted. Attendee registration will require non-members to upload an invitation from a current TIDA member.
The floorplan will be available closer to the event and tables will be assigned based on date of registration and level of sponsorship.

Exhibitor registration comes with one (1) representative. Additional reps may be added to the exhibitor booth registration form. If your company already registered and you need to add additional representatives or spouse/companion tickets, click here.

Exhibitors are responsible for all costs associated with shipping and receiving. Have your tracking numbers handy when you arrive and bring pre-printed return labels for easy breakdown. Remember to bring any tools and tape to box your materials back up!

Due to limited storage, UPS asks that you do not ship items for receipt sooner than three (3) days prior to the event. Storage fees may apply.

TIDA does not offer refunds for cancellations. Exhibitor representatives who are no longer able to attend may send a substitute. Transferring of name badges from one rep to another cannot be requested onsite. If you need to make changes to who is registered to attend as your exhibitor representative(s), complete the registration substitution form.
All requests must be submitted through the online substitution/cancellation form no later than September 10, 2026. Email submissions were not accepted.
