Located on the grounds of The Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa, the Hill Country Golf Club meets all the standards of a truly great golf club. The championship course is a beautiful, dramatic and balanced 27-hole facility designed by the nationally acclaimed golf course architectural firm, Arthur Hills and Associates.

Set on more than 200 acres, the Hill Country Golf Club has a wide-ranging terrain with rolling meadows, steep hillsides, wooded ravines and tree-shaded plateaus, as well as the tranquil threat of lakes and ponds. 

GOLF RATES

• Early Bird (By June 11): $375 per player
• Regular (June 12 - October 1): $415 per player

Join fellow attendees (spouses are welcome too!) for a fun, scramble-format golf tournament. Golf registration includes transportation to and from the Grand Hyatt River Walk, lunch, green fees, golf balls, tees and beverage cart service.

The deadline to register for the golf outing is October 1, 2025. No refunds will be provided for cancellations. Select the golf add-on option on the Annual Seminar registration form. 

GOLF SPONSORSHIPS

All golf sponsors will receive company logo on the Annual Seminar golf webpage, recognition in the mobile app, recognition on signage during the golf tournament, acknowledgment during the Annual Seminar, sponsor ribbon on name badge.

Golf Luncheon | $3,500  A great opportunity to display your company name and logo at the TIDA golf event. Includes signage at the golf course, logo on website and mobile app.

Golf Refreshment Cart | $2,500  Golfers need to stay hydrated and you can help quench their thirst by sponsoring an “oasis on wheels” on the course.  Includes branding on the cart, at the golf course, logo on website and mobile app.

Golf Tournament Hole Sponsor | $450  Signage on the tee box at your sponsored golf hole.
