The tracking forms were processed early November by CEU Institute. If you turned in a completed form at the conclusion of the Seminar, you should have received a certificate mid-November directly from CEU Institute. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or contact [email protected] directly. All information for the received tracking forms will be posted to each pre-approved state bar on behalf of CEU Institute.
