REGISTRATION RATES / DEADLINES

*Non-Member Attorneys and Vendors MUST upload an invitation IN PDF FORMAT from a current TIDA member. Emails from current members to non-members about the event are considered an invitation and therefore will be accepted. Without an invitation, non-members will not be able to submit a registration. Please have this ready to upload on the form prior to starting the registration. VIEW EXAMPLE 

If you are joining as a TIDA Member or requesting to be added to a corporate membership, you must do so prior to registering. Refunds will not be issued in retrospect. All membership applications and requests to join corporate memberships are thoroughly reviewed by the TIDA Membership Compliance Committee before they can be approved. Please allow yourself at least two (2) weeks for processing.

CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION POLICY

TIDA is not offering refunds for cancellations. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute from the same company. (Additional invoicing for member to non-member transers will be applied.) Complete the cancellation/substitution form no later than December 15, 2025. 

Substituions are not accepted after this date or by phone/email. If your substitute is a non-member vendor or attorney, you will need to upload an invitation from a current TIDA member inviting this individual. Additional invoicing will be required for member to non-member substitutions.
