TIDA member pricing

TIDA non-member pricing

If you are a non-member and want to join TIDA to receive member pricing, please plan accordingly. The TIDA membership approval process can take 2-3 weeks. TIDA does not refund the difference in event registration if you join after submitting non-member registration.

If your company holds a corporate membership, you still need to go through the approval process by submitting a Join My Company's Membership Request Form.

**Non-member attorneys and vendors MUST upload an invitation from a current TIDA member. Emails from current members to non-members, about the event, are considered an invitation and therefore will be accepted. Without an invitation, non-members will not be able to submit a registration. Have this ready to upload on the form prior to starting the registration. The invitation can simply be an email stating, "I invite you to the Cargo and Skills Course Seminars." Forwarded emails without text will not be accepted as a valid invitation. See example.

cancellation & Substitution Policy

No refunds for cancellations will be provided. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute from your same company. If you are requesting a substitution, click here to fill out the necessary form. Emails/phone calls are not accepted for cancellations/substitutions.

If your substitution is a non-member and you paid for a member registration, an invoice will be created for the difference in registration prices. TIDA will not refund the price difference in non-member to member substitutions. No substitutions can be made after March 13, 2026.
