Industry (trucking/insurance) members are encouraged to apply for a scholarship to attend the TIDA Annual Seminar. Up to seventy (70) scholarships are awarded for the 2025 Annual Seminar and are open to TIDA Industry Trucking and Insurance Members only. The deadline for applications was April 30, 2025, however, there are a few more scholarships available.

SCHOLARSHIPS INCLUDE

• One (1) complimentary Seminar registration ($795 value)
• Two (2) hotel nights at the TIDA group rate at the host hotel arriving on October 15, departing October 17. ($500+ value)
• Up to $500 in travel reimbursement

CRITERIA

• Be a TIDA Industry Member in good standing
• Maximum of three (3) scholarships per company
• If you received a scholarship in the past year, you may be wait listed
• Scholarships are offered on a first come, first served basis

POLICIES

Reimbursement: Recipients will need to keep track for all your receipts for the Seminar. You will be asked to submit them to TIDA Headquarters so that you can be reimbursed for your travel expenses.

• To receive your reimbursement check at the conclusion of the 2025 Annual Seminar, upload a copy of your travel reimbursement form and receipt(s) in one PDF document by September 26, 2025. A link is provided above.
• Forms completed and submitted after September 26 will receive the reimbursement check after the Seminar.

Cancellation Policy: TIDA is responsible to uphold the cost of your hotel room. All scholarship cancellations must be made in writing no later than September 19, 2025 via email at [email protected]. If you accept the scholarship and do not attend the Seminar without cancelling, then you will be ineligible to receive a scholarship in the future. If there is an unforeseen circumstance/emergency that you would like to be considered for an exception to this ineligibility, please advise TIDA as soon as possible prior to the Seminar.

Use of the scholarship promotional code is only valid for the awarded scholarship recipient and should not be shared with any other individual. Should the promotional code be shared, TIDA has full discretion to revoke the awarded scholarship. Eligibility for future years scholarships are at the discretion of TIDA.
