Accreditation

If you turned in a completed form at the conclusion of the Seminar, you should have received a certificate directly from CEU Institute. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder. All information for the received tracking forms will be posted to each pre-approved state bar on behalf of CEU Institute.
If you did not turn your form in at the end of the seminar, you may request a certificate of attendance by emailing [email protected] and submit that to your state for credit. TIDA will provide supplemental materials upon request.
