The Trucking Industry Defense Association's (TIDA) Cargo & Skills Course Seminars are the premier events for new motor carriers, trucking insurers, defense attorneys and claims servicing companies.
The Cargo Seminar is a one-day event designed to educate attendees on how to recognize, investigate and defend claims and lawsuits that arise from the loss or damage to goods and to manage situations following a cargo claim against a carrier or insured.

** Non-member attorneys and vendors MUST upload an invitation from a current TIDA member. Emails from current members to non-members, about the event, are considered an invitation and therefore will be accepted. Without an invitation, non-members will not be able to submit a registration. Please have this ready to upload on the form prior to starting the registration. The invitation can simply be an email stating, "I invite you to the Cargo and Skills Course Seminars." Forwarded emails without text will not be accepted as a valid invitation.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancellations will be provided. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute. If you are requesting a substitution, please click here to fill out this form. If your substitution is a non-member and you paid for a member registration, an invoice will be created for the difference in registration prices. It is the responsibility of the original registrant to pay the invoice. TIDA will not refund the price difference in non-member to member substitutions.
Please contact TIDA Headquarters for questions regarding substitutions. No substitutions can be made after March 9, 2022.
