Miscellaneous QuestionsHow do I get an attendee list? attendee registration questionsHow do I apply for a scholarship?Interested applicants must meet the following criteria in order to submit a scholarship application. Scholarships are only available to active TIDA industry (trucking/insurance) members. You must fill out an application and receive approval from TIDA Headquarters. The deadline to apply was December 16, 2024. Applicants will be notified on the status of application by the end of December. Learn more. Where do I pick up my registration materials?You will need to pick up your name badge along with any applicable materials when you arrive at the TIDA Cargo & Skills Registration Desk. See schedule for hours. Your name badge serves as entry to all events, including social activities and must be worn at all times. What do I do if I need to cancel?No refunds for cancellations will be provided. Click here to submit a cancellation. Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute. If you are requesting a substitution, click here to fill out this form. If your substitution is a non-member and you paid for a member registration, an invoice will be created for the difference in registration prices. TIDA will not refund the price difference in non-member to member substitutions. No substitutions can be made after March 3, 2025. Will there be an option for virtual attendance?No. TIDA is only offering in-person registration. Hotel and Travel QuestionsIs there a deadline to book my hotel room at the group rate? Where do I make the reservation?Each attendee is responsible for booking their own room through the TIDA group rate reservation portal. TIDA secured a special room rate of $189 per night plus taxes/fees for attendees which are available three days pre and post event. Group rates are available while vacancy lasts or until March 17, 2025. Miscellaneous QuestionsHow do I get an attendee list?Approximately one week prior to the event, you can expect to receive an email entitled "Tips For Your Trip." This email will contain the attendee list including name, organization, city, state and email in PDF format. Attendee lists are not provided by request or in any other format. Can I receive Continuing Education Units for attending the seminar?TIDA attendees may self-report continuing education based on their own state requirements. TIDA will provide each attendee with an onsite program. This program will not be emailed afterwards, so it is recommend that the attendee keeps their copy. TIDA will also provide a certificate of attendance upon request that can be used to self-submit. Email [email protected] to request a certificate. TIDA will NOT be able to provide copies of the power points used onsite. Attendees are welcome to reach out to the speaker(s) directly for their material. What is the seminar attire?Business casual wear is suitable.
