TIDA secured the following special room rates for attendees which are available three days pre and post event. Group rates are available while vacancy lasts or until March 18, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. ET.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: To avoid the cancellation fee of one night room and tax, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel less than 72 hours prior to your arrival, please contact us at 901-529-4000 or 1-800-PEABODY.
Parking: Valet Parking is $33/night and Self-Parking is $24/night in the Peabody Parking Garage. The parking entrance is located at 118 South Second Street.
