Safety Director Immersive Workshop Location: Santa Cruz
This inaugural TIDA workshop will give attendees key skills to prepare and present for a 30(b)(6) deposition, answer questions related to preventability and Reptile Theory, and respond to aggressive questioning tactics. Attendees will then break out into groups and practice answering questions in a mock deposition setting. Attendees will take away best practices, model answers, and be better prepared to attend a safety director deposition.
