Going into our preparations for the annual conference in Las Vegas, this webinar will discuss the preparation required to defend your corporate representative from claims of negligence per se, violations of policies and procedures, and will discuss the types of questions that arise in reptile depositions.

Noelle M. Natoli is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Foley & Mansfield, PLLP where she Chairs the firm’s Transportation and Elder Law practice groups.  Her civil practice has focused primarily in the defense of transportation, product liability, medical malpractice, and elder abuse claims. She has been defending truckers and trucking companies (both large and small) since 2004. Her litigation experience has also been instrumental in the successful defense of numerous fraudulent insurance claims through her investigative efforts and law and motion practice.   She considers herself an advocate for the trucking industry.


She is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, Transportation Lawyers’ Association, Trucking Industry Defense Association, and Defense Research Institute’s Trucking Law Committee. She is a board member of the Womens’ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
