33rd annual seminar | October 15-17, 2025 | Grand Hyatt San Antonio Texas

The Annual Seminar Committee is accepting proposals for 2025 presentations through January 20, 2025.

We are currently seeking engaging, informative, and thought-provoking presentations that cover a broad spectrum of topics relevant to the trucking industry.

Submission Guidelines:

• Presentation Length: Each presentation should be designed for a duration of either 20 minutes (a TIDA Talk) or 50 minutes.
• Proposal Deadline: January 20, 2025
• Submission Format: Please submit a comprehensive proposal including the presentation title, abstract (max 100 words), a brief bio of the speaker(s), and any additional relevant details.
• You do NOT need to submit a power point presentation for this

Proposals will be evaluated by the TIDA Annual Seminar Committee based on relevance to industry trends, originality, practical application, and potential to engage and benefit our diverse audience. If selected, you will be notified in February of your acceptance.
