The Annual Seminar brings together more than 550 attendees including motor carriers, trucking insurers, defense attorneys and claims serving companies – just to name a few. Don't miss the opportunity to showcase your product or service at this premier industry event.

The exhibitor hall will be open Wednesday, October 12 - Friday, October 14. To increase traffic and exposure, social functions will be hosted in and around the exhibitor hall.

Exhibitor Registration: $3,500

Included with the exhibitor partnership registration is:

  • One (1) company representative complimentary registration; Additional representatives may attend at $500.00 per registrant.
  • One (1) six-foot, draped table
  • Two (2) chairs

 Exhibit tables are determined on a first come, first served basis. The earlier you register, the better your table placement will be!

Cancellation Policy

TIDA is not offering refunds for cancellations. Exhibitor reps who are unable to attend may send a substitute. Contact TIDA Headquarters with the name of the person who is unable to attend and include the full name and email of the person who will be attending. Substitution requests must be submitted by September 21, 2022
