Membership in the Trucking Industry Defense Association is open to any one engaged in the defense of the trucking industry who is employed by a trucking company, insurance company, third party administrator, claims adjusting company, structural settlement company or anyone else with an interest in the trucking industry. This list is illustrative, not exclusive.

For this a member gets access to the TIDA member services, which contains a listing of all members, the TIDA State Law Summary, a reference work that compiles the laws affecting Trucking claims in most states, a quarterly newsletter to keep members up to date on what is happening in the area of trucking claims, the Brief Bank and first preference for the TIDA seminars.
